STOP PHYSICAL ACTIVITY!

Stop physical activity if you experience any of these symptoms:

Chest pain
Wheezing
Leg cramps
Excessive Fatigue
Dizziness
Fainting

Listen to your body. You will know when you’re well enough to handle a workout and when you need to take a day off or see your doctor, as you get used to your exercise program.
